This Cordless System has no cord on the side, but has a looped chain which you pull to raise or lower your roman. Self-locking. Very convenient. This Cord Lock System works like a venetian blind, locking roman in place, but remember you will still have a cord to contend with, every time you draw the shade, which you will wrap around a cleat. This SYSTEM cost $50.00 extra, which will be collected at shipping with your balance.

IF YOU WANT A RELAXED EDGE, PLEASE READ...Because these have extra length at the bottom, gathered in a swag effect, they actually look better mounted outside on a window frame or on a door...but, they do not have to be. If you choose an inside mount, just mount them on the front edge of your window instead of back into your window, so that the swagged edge will slightly hang over the sill instead of "pile up" in the sill.
