This valance is mounted on wood. The panels fit on a regular white rod underneath the valance. You can choose different fabrics for the valance and panels, if you like, or the same fabric. Just fill in the blanks. Look through all Group A and B fabrics, make your choice(s). We will choose the FABRIC for you that shows through underneath the valance, with your approval, of course.
