REC ROOM 60 x 60- I suggest the Relaxed Roman Shades, as you suggested. Valances are a little out of style, but don't let that influence you. You'll need 4. You could put them on the doors also; you can let me know about that.

4 - #076 (slightly swagged) @ $290. = $1160.00

BEDROOM 120" X Floor length - I suggest Curtain Panels. This is what I would do. If you do the ones, with the tbs on the back, you can get by with 4 widths, which will save a lot of money. When these are pulled back, they look similar to pleated drapes, without the expense of rings and double the fabric. So, 4 widths lined = $1,040.00 (You can read about the curtain panels under Medium weight Panels Category.) Btw, they pull back and forth easily and you can use almost any rod.

EXERCISE ROOM - 120" X 60" - I would suggest the Linen Roman Shade #066. You would need 3 @ $405.00 = $1,215.00. Of course, you would need to take down the blinds for roman shades. (Note: For this roman, if you wantd to leave the blinds up, you could add that box pleated valance, if you really wanted to.) I can change any or everything, no problem.

KITCHEN- You can do your pleated Valances here, and yes, with velcro. I would send wood and all hardware. We charge by the average window size, so I would charge you for 2 windows. 2 Pleated valances @ $340. = $680.00 (NOTE: After you choose your braid, then you  would pay for that separately.) We only a few braids and I would send photos, or you could pick up the trim of your choice, and mail it to us.

FABRIC: I chose Palmer Frost, a linen blend, that resist wrinkles. It looks great with your walls *we have Sherwin-Williams samples), it being an off- white. You can view the fabric in the Category, on-line, of the Medium Weight Panels, sorry, but you'll have to count down to find he Palmer Frost.

Now, if you decided to go with my suggestions, the total is listed below. I hope I have helped you.
