This Curtains is beautiful and definitely different. It has a valance on top which is ultimately mounted on a board. You won't regret choosing this one. It is spectacular. This is my ALL TIME FAVORITE.
You have to decide if you want these in the floor, by adding 2"- 6" to your length.
